This apartment is the reason that small homes are often called "cozy." While my 400 square foot box is a tight fit, it is peaceful, relaxing, and a place you can easily escape in to. It is within quick walking distance of multiple metro stops, massive shopping corridors, and great attractions. The rooms while small allow for creative and useful design for the person seeking high efficiency! One of the few places in Arlington with free off street parking in an apartment, plus in-home washer and... dryer (though the combo machine... my only complaint).
