The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. The pool is open 11 AM - 8 PM daily. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
