The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and a clean and modern full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience.
Parking is available with a designated space, and a permit must be displayed to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents, and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
