For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. To avoid being towed away, park in the designated space, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. The latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay.
