Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation to cover accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Washcloths are not provided.
