Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited and violations may result in fines from building management. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and a party on the property is charged a $300 fine. For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property must be provided. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties), damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy), any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay are not covered by the damage waiver fee.
