Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed; we are not responsible for towed vehicles. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and hosting a party on the property is charged a $300 fine. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property; IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
