Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents, and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Parking is available in your designated space, and you must display your permit to avoid being towed. The pool is not available for this season. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time of 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. If you experience any issues during your stay, notify us immediately for assistance.
A laptop computer is not included.
