To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1.
