Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Parking is available only in your designated space, and a permit must be displayed to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time of 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
