Everythimg is amazing. Except the business center, it could use some upgrading.
My move in experience was the best I've had.
The entire facility is smoke free. But there is a faint trace of cannibus in the air every now and then. Probably from a few residents having a few in their car and the smell follows them back to their room.
Overall the rooms gorgeous. The studio apartments are HUGE. All of their apartments are king sized and the facility is kept immaculate. It was built in the 60s so... it's sturdier and has more integrity than new buildings being built.

The building is old, and not all of the elevators are functioning. The cleaning staff do not work every day, and the hallway floors are often not cleaned. The hallways are poorly ventilated and frequently smell like food. Despite these issues, the complex is overpriced.

We’re very sorry for your experience. One of our three elevators is awaiting a repair part, and we understand the inconvenience. We do have porter service 7 days a week, with hallways walked daily and vacuumed weekly, and we’re continually working to... improve shared-space ventilation.
