The leasing office was a delight to work with, and I am really enjoying the apartment so far. It’s very open and the light hits just right. Can’t wait to explore more of the facilities a well.

The building is old, and not all of the elevators are functioning. The cleaning staff do not work every day, and the hallway floors are often not cleaned. The hallways are poorly ventilated and frequently smell like food. Despite these issues, the complex is overpriced.

We do have porter service 7 days a week, with hallways walked daily and vacuumed weekly, and we’re continually working to... improve shared-space ventilation. Our pricing remains competitive for the Arlington area, but we regret that it hasn’t felt that way to you.

The apartment complex is quite old and needs a lot of maintenance. There used to be three benches in the gym, but now only one is left and it’s broken. I’ve been asking for it to be fixed for a while with no progress. The cleaning staff are not very efficient either, and the common areas often have an unpleasant smell.

Love everything but the centralized air system. The price can’t be beat for the location of the building. After Memorial Day weekend the Pool is so refreshing. Overall great interior. When there are maintenance issues they are quickly resolved.
