I love this property.
I live in Arlington Mill for over 3 years now, is a very safe place to live,clean and friendly stuff I absolutely love Iliana and the new manager is very nice too!!

not a good place to live
I lived at Arlington Mill Residences , for 1 year. and it is the worst place I have ever lived. The Resident Manger, Loreto is rude and very unprofessional, the staff at Arlington Mills is also rude and unprofessional. There is a huge issue with roaches, rats and mice. Save your money and do not move here, this is the worst place to live in Arlington , VA. I am glad that I left this apartment , I would not recommend any one to live in this low down apartment .

I live in Arlington mill for two years, I love living here. Great location, inside parking, very nice apartments. This building is very safe and clean also Loreto the manager is great, she keeps everything under control and the facility is super clean and well maintained I am grateful for having here in charge, very sweet and friendly younger lady.

Great location! Great programs! Gated community!
I am renewing for the third year. The management and staff is very responsive and always friendly. The bus location is right in front, and grocery store and CVS right across. I also love the programs and events the staff and APAH organize for us. Such a supportive community.

My Apartment
Hello There, my name is Eleni. I'm 32 currently live at S. Dinwiddie apartment with my big brother. The place where I live is pretty nice and clean. Their service and support is always comes first to their residence and also the community is alway make sure that people who lives there are safe at all times. They have a lot of activities and a great gym also events going on in the community. I love it. Unfortunately, even tho i like the area it's a time to move out and look for another place in... order for me to live by myself. And at this moment I'm looking for an affordable 1 bed room apartment.
