I love to call this place home!

This is my first apartment being on my own and I just renewed my lease for another year. The staff in the leasing office are very respectful and always goes above and beyond. The community is fairly new and the apartments are very affordable. Its very close to stores, Crystal City "Pentagon Fashion Center" and Washington, D.C. I would highly recommend these apartments for someone that is moving on their own!

New apartment complex

I love living in gilliam place apartments! Not only is the staff absolutely wonderful and kind but the property itself is well kept and clean/sanitized at all times. The amenities and layout of the space is very well thought out, especially the bike storage and security in the building. The staff are so sweet and helpful. It's a stellar choice as a place to live. I would highly recommend this place. The location is convenient to everything and such a walkable area.

Safe apartment community.

As this is new apartment building, its very clean, safe and great amenities. Leasing office team is always looking forward to solving issues that may come up. Maintainece is very quick and takes care of issues in less than 24 hours. Overall excellent apartments.

Perfect apartment community

Gilliam place apartment is the place to live in Arlington ! The staff(especially apartment manager Ms.Katie and leasing agent Karen)are so friendly and personal they make gilliam place home. I have lived in many apartment buildings before and so far this management team is wonderful. Always happy and attentive. Maintainece team is always fast and helpful. Building is very new and apartments are beautiful. All amenities are wonderful. Security cameras are at all entrance. Very safe environment. I… am very glad to be part of this apartment community.

Grateful

I have a disabled child that has moved into your building and I feel that he is truly blessed. The accommodations that you made to make life easier for him is outstanding. I am not easily impressed, but the apartments that you have designed are the best I have seen in Arlington. The amount of closet space is awesome. The kitchen area is incredible, with an endless amount of accommodations. You left no stone unturned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing my son to be included. This… is, without a doubt, thanks to you, the best apartment that he has ever lived in. God bless you for your thoughtfulness when designing the apartments specific to the needs of each disabled person that is a tenant in your building.
