If you love stupid rules, boy have I got the perfect place for you! Here, there are constantly board meetings where I imagine they sit around and stroke their egos by adding more ridiculous rules. It’s a very uptight way of life here with front desk/management coordination involved in any move you make. They intercept 100% of packages, including food delivery (if you miss the phone call, yes, they will hold it at the front).

The freight elevator is constantly down. Power is constantly down.... Management will do you no favors and come across as miserable, infuriating pricks. Perhaps coming from a laid back environment it’s a bit of culture shock, but I can’t stand the ridiculous rules and pretentious uptight way it is run. I spend more time calling front desk than I do my own friends and family. I hate the phone but they give you no option. Very good mix of residents/owners and tenants in the building. Very responsive front desk staff and overall great neighborly community. Very rarely hear neighbors, quiet, and conveniently located to many of the up and coming changes in Ballston. Terrific value for rent/owning with sizable floor space compared to just about everywhere else around Arlington. Love the community and building.

The apartment's location makes it great for anyone looking to commute to DC for work or leisure. Also, many amenities are located within walking distances such as shopping centers, car dealers and schools. It is a fantastic place to live.
