Other then my personal experience over the years I believe you are aware of several other issues this building has, like elevator, garage doors, dirty hallways you might want to choose not use my review to spread the word.

This apartment complex has a lot of potential and could be a really great place to live with the right improvements. The location and overall layout are positives, and it’s clear that with more attention it could truly stand out. However, management needs to take a step up, particularly when it comes to communication with tenants who raise concerns. Issues often feel overlooked or are not addressed in a timely or transparent manner.

Package delivery is another area that needs improvement, as...
misplaced or delayed packages have become a recurring frustration. Additionally, cosmetic damages throughout the property should be repaired to help the complex feel more cared for and welcoming. Addressing these issues would go a long way in increasing tenants’ sense of security, comfort, and overall satisfaction. With better management and communication, this community could live up to its full potential.

Top Tier value for your money

Have lived at this property since May 2024 (now Oct 2025) and have had a wonderful time here, especially for the prices they offer. Of course there may be tiny issues here and there, but management has done an excellent job to limit and address them as a they arise. Additionally, when you consider the amenities we are offered and the close proximity to many social/work hubs like Ballston, Clarendon, and DC, I think the pricing is well worth your residency here.

If I HAD to include some...
negatives, they would be

(1) Proximity the metro isn't the best. Closet station is Clarendon station (1.8 miles away).
(2) Delivery parking can be a nuisance at times as they usually block sizeable chunks of the driveway.
(3) Building WiFi is pretty hit or miss, especially in the gym where there isn't any cell reception to begin with.


Overall, 9.5/10 for my time here so far!
