Picture Perfect Town Home Near the Pentagon
Our charming, updated end-unit town home borders The District and serves as the hub for four young, professional women. We are part of twelve town homes that are elevated above street level, which includes two allotted parking spaces in an underground garage (major plus for city-dwellers). We have a gorgeous courtyard that is maintained meticulously and salted during the winter months. We are close to the metro, commuter routes, and all of the fun museums, bars & restaurants D.C. AND Virginia... have to offer. Perfect location.
I would give our town home five stars, but hesitated to do so because of the lack of service provided by our landlord. Each of the town homes are individually owned, so unfortunately there is no staff to call. We just had our AC fixed after 77 days of blazing hot sun in Virginia (I wish I were joking). It's a long story. BUT, besides that, I love my home!
