Great simple 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with quick maintenance service and close to local parks and shops. I do wish the on site laundry machines work now consistently and that the company that owns them would answer requests.

Overall a reasonable experience for the price. Good location, relatively quiet building. No ventilation in the bathrooms which has led to mold growth, we informed the building of the lack of ventilation and were told that was typical for the building.

Quick responses to maintenance requests and the staff always cleans after they fix anything. Some issues with noise, but nothing that prevents sleep on all but the rarest of occasions.

Overall a nice and quiet place to live. There have been some maintenance issues that could have been addressed before we moved in, but they have been timely with addressing them.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I will be going into so much more detail later, but if anyone is trying to move somewhere in the beginning of November please save yourself the trouble. Go less than a mile away to literally any other property to get your money's worth. I have given managers more than enough chances to do anything right, and it's just pointless and sad. This rating is coming from someone who has worked with property management companies before. Please do not choose Shawnee as your safe and… comfortable home space.

The only person who does their job to the best of their ability is one of the maintenance men. He is wonderful but limited, and I'm sure it is because of Greystar. Literally that is it.

Again, details to come but I will save who I can for now.
