Spacious, but that's it
I’ve lived in this building for almost three years. The apartment itself is spacious and unique: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, nearly 1,700 sq ft, and a beautiful terrace. That’s the good part.
Unfortunately, everything else is a disappointment:
• Old appliances that constantly break.
• The elevator is often out of service, and there is no handicapped access, which is a major issue. If you can’t use the stairs, you’re out of luck.
• Garage door is frequently left open, no cameras, and no... building security. My child’s car seat was stolen, and management did nothing.
• Trash chute broken for months.
• The lobby is always messy because deliveries are left everywhere, and the package hub has never worked.
Still, we loved our unit enough to consider staying. But then we received a 30% rent increase not the typical 2–5%. We tried negotiating. But Management refused.
As of today, four apartments are not renewing their leases due to this outrageous rent hike. That should say it all.
If space is all you care about, this might work for you. But if you expect safety, maintenance, or reasonable management I suggest you look elsewhere.
