I was lucky to find this place. The community is great, the place is nice, and everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. They also put a lot of effort into organizing community activities, which makes the place feel even more enjoyable and welcoming.

I've been living here for about two and a half months now, and overall, my experience has been fantastic everything is running smoothly!
The only area I see for improvement is the elevator near the front desk. Quite often, only one elevator is operational, and it runs fairly slowly, which can cause delays during peak hours. If management could optimize elevator maintenance or performance, it would make an already great living experience even better.

Coming up to one year soon and this is the best building in PC as far as location and constant cleaning crew throughout the building. Maintenance team is always respectful entering your unit and professional. Ayesha is always on top of things and front office runs as smooth as it can considering over 400 units. The concierge at night during the week sleeps and you can never find her but other concierge Aicha, Joel, and Ibrahim are amazing.

I can handle the administrative staff asking us to do things, and they are often the first to break rules. For example, leaving their dogs unleashed and letting them urinate all over the floor randomly and leaving thier dog poop bags next to a wall in the reserved parking downstairs. They ended up cleaning it when they saw us get out of our car; if not, it would still be there.
