The Amelia is a wonderful place to live!
My roommate and I have been here for almost a year and can think of no complaints about any aspect of the Amelia. Our apartment is pretty, updated, light-filled, and completely functional. The walls were repainted and new carpets were put in before we moved in so everything felt very new and clean. We don't hear anything from our neighbors unless they are in the hallway, which is rare. Sometimes we can hear the garage door open and close or people outside but that's about it, and we are on a low... floor! Maintenance has always been responsive and comes quickly to fix any minor issue. We've never had anything big fall apart or need replacing. The common facilities (gym, computer room, mail and package room) have all been useful and we've never had problems with getting our mail or packages or being able to find a machine in the gym. Probably the best thing about living at the Amelia though is the wonderful women who staff it, Grace and Camille. They are so nice and an absolute delight to work with and to run into in the lobby. They really care about making the Amelia a nice place to live and about the people who live here. They make such a difference. I loved living here and would recommend it to anyone!

The Amelia
I love this apartment. We moved in and it had brand new carpet and fresh paint. Our 1 bedroom apt plus den has plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 girls share the den. It is also very convenient to the Ballston Mall.
