The Clarendon is an amazing place to live. The staff is always so kind, timely, and professional. Paying rent is easy. They have also made lots of improvements to the building since I moved in and you can really see the efforts the new management is putting in to make it even better for the residents. I wish the rent was cheaper but that's the story everywhere unfortunately, and the location, amenities, great staff, and rent rates comparable to places nearby make up for it. Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!

I lived at The Clarendon for a year and a half, and only moved because I moved out of state. The location is unbeatable, less than 3 minute walk to Clarendon Metro and several bus stops, easy access to Georgetown, and three grocery stores within walking distance. The staff is all very friendly and helpful! The unit we were in was very nice; the only issue we had was fixed quickly. I took one star off for minor things: the elevators are unreliable, frequent fire alarms, and the doors from the... garage into the elevator lobbies are way too heavy and awkward if you're bringing things in from your car, like so much so that it was worth mentioning.
