Good Apartment

This is a good mid tier apartment. Building still feels new, and is moderately priced for Arlington. Open kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. Great location and walkable to the metro

Turn for the worst

I currently live in what they call a 3 bedroom apartment but let's be real- the third bedroom is a den. It has it's own bathroom and closet space but has no windows and is pretty small. There are no balconies or pool and the little outdoor space they did have is gated off.

My biggest issue with this apartment is the guest parking spots. They make you pay for handicap guest parking and, numerous times, when I tried to reserve a handicap guest spot for family members it was already taken BY… SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT HANDICAPPED! They only have 2 spots for our building and with the construction going on for the low income housing units on the street more than 2 guest spots for an entire building is unacceptable.

All in all if you are lucky enough to get one of the big bedrooms (and not the den) and commute via metro to work I think this apartment is a fine option, but definitely not great. There is a reason why it is cheap for the area.
