Tahir, Max, and Katie have been absolutely AMAZING! Anyone I’ve talked to at Urba, has been extremely kind, professional, and supportive when answering my millions of questions. Although I haven’t moved in yet, Tahir has gone above and beyond to show me the exact apartment I was approved for, what the community is like, and has been very transparent with the entire process (which I appreciate SO much)! Truly an awesome team, I’m extremely excited to live here. Based off the other reviews and my... experience so far, I know I will absolutely love it! I’m excited to call Urba my new home!

1) The location is amazing- very close to Ballston Quarter, bus stop and train station. In fact, you can literally go to Harris Teeter through the garage.
2) The building is new and well-maintained.
3) The staff is fantastic. Everyone is super nice and helpful.
