I have lived here for 1.5 years now and really like it. The location is ideal and building management has been nothing short of great. This is a perfect apartment if you are not expecting many amenities

Prime Location is worth the price

If you're looking for a really nice apartment in the best location in Arlington this is it. The apartments are spacious, kitchens are open and updated, with full size washer/dryer. The metro is literally right across the street, and anything you could want is within walking distance. It's perfectly located between Ballston and Clarendon so whether you're looking for a nice place to relax or a night on the town the options are boundless. The only negative is a lack of a pool but there are plenty… of gyms in the area if you still want to swim. Overall a great experience with nice staff in an amazing location.

Location. Location. Location.

This building is literally right across the street from the metro, which is perfect for commuters. It's walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store, and is only 4 stops away from downtown DC. The apartment is really spacious and sound proofed. The game room has a pool table, ping pong table, flat screen tv, and 3 mac desktops for your convenience.
