I do not recommend

The side door was always broken, The property was always Dirty and disgusting. Property management is the worst that you will ever deal with. All they cared about was increasing our rent, but never fixing the issues at hand. Terrible place to live… I do not recommend.

Amazing property management. Nidiah is amazing!

I didn't have an appointment so I decided to drive to the apartment complex to view the apartments. When I arrived Nidiah was super welcoming and friendly she welcomed my son and I with open arms and set an appointment for us. It was a very pleasant experience and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I cant wait to move in!!

Poorly handled

This place is poor beyond measures. They never informed me of the removing of 1 bedrooms, never responded to my emails, then wanted to rush me to move in 3 days before Christmas. Then I called and emailed after Christmas and never got any response. If you are looking for a good tax credit spot I suggest you go somewhere else.

Property and Staff are Amazing

Since day one, the Ashburn Chase staff has been professional and helpful. They knew the exact forms I needed to fill out and followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. The property itself is very clean and safe, a place you can bring your family and friends to and feel good about it.
