Broadlands Apartments

We moved here across country, and settled by luck here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, very kid friendly. Such a great team at the leasing office ask for Anna or Naurin. They have a lot of opinions in size, and they include internet Verizon FiOS with your rent. Close to a lot of convenience, shopping,eating, etc. Finally maintenance doesn't wait on work orders. They get right to business with anything submitted. Great place to live

I would like give ZERO rate. They only show respect until you make contract. After contract they do not contribute to solve the problems

We have lived at Broadlands Apartments for about 2 and a half years now. The assistant property manager Naurin has been our main point of contact since we moved in. Naurin is always there when we have had any questions or concerns. She has amazing customer service and is always my go to leasing office team member. The leasing team as a whole has always taken great care of my family and we couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve lived in the Ashburn area my whole life and I wouldn’t go to any other... apartment complex property. The maintenance team is extreme responsive and respectful. They have always provided us with quick service. Thank you broadlands team for providing my family with a safe, loving environment and friendly environment. I have lived here since 2017, and just renewed again! Hajera has gone above and beyond to make my transfer to a new unit as easy as possible. The entire staff is great! The pool is great in the summer and having an animal - all the pet stations around the complex are very convenient!
