Fieldstone Family

For starters, when I first applied to Fieldstone Apartments, it took 4 months for them to process my application. As frustrating as this was, I thought to myself, maybe this is a good sign because it could mean that they really care about who the allow to live in their community. How wrong I was!!! Once I was finally allowed to move in, I immediately realized what a huge mistake I had made. The ppl who live here have absolutely no respect for others. They are extremely loud during all hours of… the day and late into the night: fussing, cursing, yelling, arguing, fighting and playing music so loud that the dishes in my cabinets rattle! The kids here use the breezeways as a playground (running up and down the stairs, screaming, riding bikes and being rowdy in general). And their parents are just as bad because even the adults use the breezeways as a hangout spot to disturb the peace with loud, boisterous conversations. And if that isn't bad enough, some ppl even have the audacity to use the breezeway as a temporary parking place to unload their groceries!!! One day I came out of my apartment and their was a huge SUV parked in front of my door as the resident proceeded to take bags upstairs to their apartment!!! Even though there are cameras everywhere, management turns a blind eye to this sort of behavior. Plain and simple, management does not care about what goes on at Fieldstone. I even put in an anonymous complaint a few months back and NOTHING got done. And speaking of management, they even violate the lease because the lease clearly states that (unless it is an emergency) they will notify you before entering your apartment. Well this is a flat out lie! They have no consideration for your privacy and will show up at your door unannounced whenever they feel like it!!! Also, take extreme care when crossing the parking lot to get to your car or to dump your trash because the residents and their guests drive carelessly though the parking lot at extremely high rates of speed!!! I will begin saying Apartment.com WONT LET ME POST MY REVIEW IF I DONT FIVE FIVE STARTS, THIS PLACES DESERVES NO STARTS NOT EVEN ONE!! Let me start by saying you will have a camera right at front of your apartment door, every apartment does! FORGET ABOUT PRIVACY, They will control every single move you make, The leasing office is pure hell, they wont followup with your application, never answer your phone calls, I live here for almost four months they promise to pain the unite still hasn't, I… can't wait to move out of this place.
