I’ve been here for a year so far

I couldn’t be happier living here! The complex is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained with a top-tier atmosphere. The community is friendly, and I love seeing all the nice cars around. The pool is a great spot to relax and unwind, and the gym is perfect for anyone who likes to stay fit without having to leave the property. It's clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining both the apartments and the common areas. All in all, this place offers the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and… a welcoming environment. Highly recommend it!"

DO NOT RENT HERE

The problems with this place started on the first day. They lost my move-in paperwork, so I had to send it again, and then they apparently forgot I was moving in and the apartment was weeks away from being ready, so they had to give me a different apartment. That place was filthy on move-in. The maintenance folks took over a week to respond to anything, and they mostly just gaslit me, saying the problems weren't really problems. The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin, so you can hear… EVERYTHING in the apartments around you. At move out even though I had the place professionally cleaned, they still found little scuffs on the wall and a bunch of other small things to spend my deposit down to zero. To top it all off, they have continued to charge me rent after the end of my lease, so if you don't want to believe this review, at least remove all the payment options from the online portal when you move out (thankfully I did). Seriously, don't live here. Buy a tent and live on the street. You'll be better off.

Poor at best

First moving here was great and the grounds etc were kept up. Since that time management is poor at best and the safety of the residents is basically an afterthought. Security lights have not been functioning for months, the grounds keeping has gone from favorable to poor… the dog park is nothing but a germ infested giant kitty litter box that was to be resurfaced yearly but hasn’t happened. For what it costs to live here, I do not recommend it when there are so many other choices in the area.

Great Apartment - Terrible Living Conditions

I love the apartment but the noise coming from my upstairs neighbors is constant and very disconcerting. I have been a resident here since August and have been subjected to the sound of the upstairs neighbors walking very loudly and also their dogs running throughout the apartment from morning to night. I submitted a noise complaint after Thanksgiving but I have been informed that these noises are "common apartment noises". I cannot wait to get to the end of my lease so that I can move and… enjoy my life again. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone based on my personal experience. Kevin S.
