The property responds quickly to guests' requests At Terrace View, the property management company takes the opinions of residents very seriously. We submitted a request to change the air conditioning filter on Friday, and it was replaced on Monday. It's a relief!

Great Lease Signing Experience I arrived at the leasing office with no appointment, and Lauren did not hesitate to give me a tour and show me their leasing options. Not only that, but she kept in contact with me throughout the lease signing and answered any questions I had. Lauren had the answers to everything and helped make the lease-signing process smooth. Horrible Place
From time of move in: insects, rodents, backdoor that was non-functional with a hole that in two places with a draft from outside. Over 300 dollars in electricity alone because of failed weatherproofing and dilapidated structure of housing. Front door with improper sealing lead to insects and heat leakage. Every single possible quality of life aspect missing from these horribly constructed, terribly managed houses and apartments.
