Eagle Harbor Apartments

Wood under my sink is all warped. Keep callin, they wont fix the sink. Looks like its been going on for a while. The outside is disgusting. The same 4 month old chewing gum and dead mantis are on the stairs because cleaning outside is never done. Its bad. Dont be a fool like me, stay away from this one

I lived here for a year it was okay. Kids run around and play in the parking lot and will obnoxiously scream and yell and like to touch cars sitting in the parking lot. Maybe yours. Bugs will get into the apartment sometimes. Many electrical outlets within DO NOT work.

The layout of our 3-bed, 2-bath apartment is great, but our neighbors are the worst. I don’t mind the noise (except for the Summer when multiple families in our building and next one over are out in the parking lot and stops until 2am). Maintenance has been responsive to every request we’ve had. BUT at least one of our neighbors smokes A LOT of marijuana. Our apartment is filled with that horrible smell 24/7. We can hardly be in our living room, and it’s so bad that we leave the apartment for... several hours almost everyday. We drove to Washington DC yesterday just because we couldn’t stand it here. I wish we could enjoy our apartment, but it’s unlivable because of our neighbors. Management sent out a note 5-6 months ago to each unit in our building but nothing has ever been done to actually stop it. Unless you enjoy the stench of marijuana, don’t move here. Read More

They over charge for everything and almost nobody gets their security deposit back l lived there for 3 years with two kids my fiance a roommate they made us replace 7 sets of blinds because they could see they were broken from outside which is stupid why not wait until we leave and charge us then also we left because we bought a house when my loan officer called to get a verification of rent after we had already moved out the office witch Rachel decided it would be ok for her to disclose how... much we owed the complex for various damages 10/10 would not recommend. oh and maintenance suuuuuuuuucks our sink came off of our vanity and in the 3 years we lived there the air filters for the AC were changed once by us maintenance never came and did it. Eagle Harbor is a great place to live for the most part. I lived there for 2 1/2 years and never had any problems with the apartment I lived in; our family just outgrew the space. The pool is open year round, they have a small fitness center, and it is close to the grocery store and several restaurants. The maintenance guys are awesome and quickly respond to requests for service. When I first moved to Eagle Harbor, Casey worked in the office and she was wonderful. She was one of the deciding... factors in my decision to call these apartments home. After moving in though, she was transferred to another location and this is when the trouble with the office staff began. While Jaleesa in the office is great, the rest of the people don't really seem to know what is going on. On several occasions I asked questions and got different answers to the same questions depending on who I spoke to. While I had relatively few problems while actually living here, the move out process was a nightmare. I was given different move out dates, charged to replace perfectly good carpet, and charged for moving out a day early. I would recommend this apartment complex to others, but caution them to beware when moving out. This place puts ridiculous charges in place, even when you do everything in your power to avoid them.
