Welcome home to this five bedroom duplex! This large duplex is ideally suited for comfortable living. Each unit features a large living area with hardwood floors. Laundry located in the basement of each unit. This duplex is within a close distance to Fry Springs. There is driveway parking.
A $25 monthly utility fee will be charged for yard maintenance. Resident is responsible for all other
utilities.
A $900 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $1,000 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.
A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.
All apartments are leased by the full apartment and not by the individual bedroom.
