Cobalt ridge is okay wish maintenance was a lot better and should not be charging a cleaning fee to old tenants if they are not going to clean for the new tenants

The units themselves are clean, spacious, well-lit and completely comfortable. The grounds are routinely well kept. Maintenance team is responsive. The caliber of tenants is a mixed bag, but this is true everywhere and unavoidable.
