I love the peace of mind I get living at Cobat Ridge, knowing no matter the issue or problem you have, they’re going to fight and do their best to fix it. I was even very kindly taught how to (partially) fix a dishwasher if the same problem were to happen to it again, and I know what to do now if it happens. I encountered several appliance issues when moving in, all of which were quickly and successfully fixed. I have peace of mind that I’m living in the right place, and that this is the... apartment complex for myself and my doggie. BTW, no hassle over my dog’s ESA papers whatsoever; any fees were immediately deducted and my dog is allowed in with no rent! I can’t believe how lucky I am to have received an upgraded apartment at a really decent price, right on the corner with a small but perfect front patio. Don’t skip over Cobalt Ridge because a few people rated it badly. They even allow 7 FREE guest passes; if the person stays there frequently, you can add them to your lease and they can buy a permit. They’re ridiculously flexible. I’ve followed the process to a T so far and I have zero complaints. If you do the same, I promise this will be the place for you.
