The modern renovation includes new HVAC (A/C-heat pump mini-splits), freestanding vent-less propane woodstove, wall and ceiling insulation, high efficiency water heater, new windows, wiring, plumbing, and most fixtures, fresh paint throughout, maple hardwood and new luxury vinyl floors. Some old windows were left for charm. The kitchen has a gas range, vent to outside, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Laundry includes a washer and dryer in the utility room.

We will consider one small pet with an additional $25/month pet fee. Non-smoking only. This house is in rural Albemarle county where you will share the outdoors with wildlife - deer, raccoons, squirrels, mice, insects and occasional bears. Renter will be required to maintain the house and surrounding lawn/garden in ways to keep critters outdoors and away from the house by keeping the lawn mowed and trash secured and frequently removed.
