Hollymead Square Townhomes

Forrest Lakes is a very nice and quiet neighborhood with a ton of walking and jogging trails and is close to several restaurants, grocery stores, and Target. I lived here at Hollymead Square for several years and never had any negative issues or heard of any crime. The property manager Amy was always helpful and maintenance requests were handled within a day or two, and I even received my full deposit after I moved out.

My husband and I lived here when we first moved to Charlottesville. It was okay. Maintenance and property management was awesome. We were in a unit that was in the middle, so we had two party walls and the walls were super thin. We could here our neighbors music and he didn't have it loud if that gives any idea to how much you could hear through these walls. I became pregnant about 6 months after moving here and it was great to exercise around the area with the trails. We had our baby in the... winter and soon realized we didn't have a lot of space so we bought our own house. Within 10 days of us moving out the property management had it rented! Great neighborhood, quiet it close to shopping and very close to my job. The Appartment was very clean and the people I worked with were very friendly and professional. I am way happpier then I thought I would be by living here. I would recommend that anyone who want to live in this area jump on the opportunity as soon as you can!

I love living here! There is plenty to do around the neighborhood. Schools and shopping centers are within walking distance, but we still have our privacy. The maintenance and management are always hasslefree, prompt and friendly!

I've lived here with my family for almost a year and we are really pleased that we chose this place over other rentals in the Cville area. The location is perfect with grocery stores and ACAC very close plus the schools are right next door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the office staff is great, and they accept pets. The price is also reasonable compared to others similar.
