Good place for a first apartment

Was my first apartment and I enjoyed my time here. Looks like the pictures and the places are clean when you move in. Staff is phenomenal and very patient. Maintenance is great and gets jobs done within 48 hours. Cheapest pet rent around also. The location is great and is within 15 minutes of most places you need to go. The two closets in the master is also great. Although I do wish the kitchen was bigger than what I initially thought and saw in pictures. The inside of the buildings need to be… updated more and kept clean especially the laundry room facilities. The parking is also an annoying issue so make sure to be home early if you want to get a spot in front of your building. I hated the laundry situation and the washer and dryers are expensive, run down and made my clothes dingy.I did love the big patios and the sliding patio doors. High quality blinds inside are also great, and held up wonderfully! Thanks for a great 2 years!

Do Not Move here.

If i could leave negative stars i would, horizons at indian river is by far the worst i have stayed in, I have been making reports, complaining and doing exactly as you should report issues and they have not fixed my leaking roofs in 3 different rooms resulting in damage to my mattress, the hallways are always filthy, parking is bad and they advertise a pool that closed mid summer, the dishwasher gives off a bad odor, uneven floors under the carpet in some portion as well as the furnace closets… looks terrible.

Never Leaving this place!!

LOVE my apartment here! I just moved in about 2 months ago have no complaints. Felicia is the leasing agent that gave me a tour of there model apartment and helped me fill out the application and get moved in and she was SO SWEET and helpful the entire time and made the process go so smoothly and always answered my phone calls or gave me a call back within minutes!! The second day in my apartment, I noticed my thermostat wasn't working properly so I put in a service request for them to come fix… it and the maintenance guy was there to fix it literally like an hour after I called :) Other then that, the apartment was just like the model and exactly how Felicia described! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!

Roach Infestation

Terrible roach infestation. No parking. Gun shots. Noisy obnoxious kids DO NOT MOVE HERE

Happy camper

Really enjoyed living here so far. Lots of good places to walk my dog. I’m always hanging out in the kitchen because I love to cook. I think my favorite part is the location. Only takes me 5 minutes to get to the interstates which makes my commute to work that much quicker. Also, maintenance has been amazing so far. My heater went out a couple nights ago and someone was over within the hour and had it up and running. Just renewed for my second year.
