Honest Review

Quiet area which is a rare find now. I have been leasing for 3 years now and like anything this place has its pros and cons. Biggest con is the pest issue. Please be advised this property is having issues with bed bugs and anyone who has never experienced a bed bug infestation is in for a terrible and frightening surprise. Though the property manager/managers have been diligent in attempting to resolve the issue in the area my unit has had the issue for 2 out of the 3 years I've been renting.… When touring any unit here PLEASE inspect every area of the unit. I say this again, PLEASE INSPECT EVERY AREA OF THE UNIT.

Quiet

Because of the area it's located you would think a lot goes on over here. But my court and surrounding courts are quiet. People keep to themselves which is always good. U can rent a washer and dryer for your apartment. Maintenance has come in a timely manner when needed. The women in the office are very nice. I really can't complain. Ive read "nicer" apt complex reviews the complain about everything from staff to roaches! No thank you...

About Landmark Apartments

Rent is very pricey, would be better if they allowed pets in what we pay, or at least a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Love this Community and the staff

I have lived in a few apartment complexes over the years and nothing really felt like home, until I moved to Landmark Apartments. The manager made me feel right at home my first trip out and it was a welcoming experience. I shopped around to a few other places but did not get that warm cozy feeling like I did when I visited Landmark. I am happy I moved out here. From day one the Manager and maintenance staff has been amazing!!! It is quiet and cozy. I love my apartment and the area. I feel like… I'm tucked away in the back away from the rest of the city but just close enough to everything pretty quickly. The mall, Walmart and the Highway is just down the road.
If you are looking for a cozy apartment in Chesapeake that is just minutes from everything, and a friendly staff that will go above and beyond to make you feel at home, then look no further, Landmark is your place to call home.
