Communication is HORRIBLE
I am still trying the grasp the concept of providing potential clients with the ability to apply online and not providing proper follow up phone calls, emails text messages or anything. If this property does not plan on doing any follow ups why provide these services and have people put their important information out there. I applied for this community over 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear from any one. I l have called several times left 4 voicemails and as of 10/10/2020 still no response. I... understand we are in a pandemic right now I am a nurse and I consider all that but the customer service with this community is below the 1 star I HAD to give them..

HORRIBLE
worst experience ever .. maintenance is slow & the people never answer the phone . we have been complaining about our a/c since last week & it’s still not fixed . we are in the house sweating bullets and very uncomfortable & these people are sick .. calling corporate asap !

unprofessional!! rip off!!
They charge too much and give crappy service. They need to be ashamed. Never again and even the whole new team sucks as well they treat you like garbage. Smh at the way they treat their residents. Good luck to whoever lives here. Trust me when I tell u ....You can find something way better !!

Horrible place
I have been living at Mill Creek Apartment for about a year, I have been treated unfairly from the water bill situation up until them not abiding buy the lease that they create. I have been bullied with the water bill, it took almost a week for my air condition to be fixed, and it's still not fixed. Me and my girls is still overheated and now I am being bullied to pay the increase of rent starting next month. In the contract it says that the leasing office have to give a 60-day notice stating... that rent will be increased. I have not received a single notice and they refused to give me one now. But they still want me to pay the rent increase starting next month. If it wasn't for my kids and their well being of their living, I wouldn't renew my lease. The apartment size it's not worth the cost.
