Terrible!

The office staff are so terrible and rude. They don’t want to do basic maintenance. Every issue your apartment has is somehow your fault. Rats, roaches, everything is leaking, smoke smell throughout ( I don’t smoke), water dripping from upstairs unit into my unit. This place SUCKS!

Great location, good place to stay.

Nice neighbors and no complaints. You get what you pay for, so no frills or anything.
Saw a few baby roaches at the beginning, but haven’t seen them since the exterminator came.

Roaches and rats.

Roach infested and rodents running around in the maintenance closets of the apartment. Property management isn’t respectful at all.

Bugs

My experience here was stressful. I had roaches everywhere. I spent more time out my own place then being there. It never became home. I’ve complained numerous times but it was always a quick fix and I didn’t feel it was taken seriously. I’m glad I found another place that def. feels like home and my voice of concern is heard.

Sigh

Though the price is affordable. And the maintenance people are nice. Our neighbors are unbearable. Location is great. But you don't get much for your money.
