Lynnhaven Landing

I’ve lived here for one year. The model was nothing like our actual apartment. The layout was the same but the carpet is old, the bathroom flooring is old and gross. The bathtub is plastic and very thin, along with the water pressure being really bad. They decided to do repairs to the units water pipes and our water was dirty, yellow, and smelled like sewage for 2 days while they were doing the pipes. I understand stuff has to be repaired but I couldn’t shower or use the water to cook for 2 DAYS... . Our apartment smelled like cigarettes at move in, it was very strong. They did nothing to remove the smell but offer to use a filter machine that required us to leave our apartment for the weekend and our electric bill would have been $150 more for running it. Our unit is near the water. We have water bugs at the entrance of our apartment and they will fly through our vents. I’m not exaggerating! The vents are also very dusty. I have had my car tires slashed 3 times, went to the leasing office with the reports and they didn’t care. Overall, I needed a place and it’s cheap. You get what you pay for, which is nothing. The leasing office almost never answers the phone and they are very bland. I wouldn’t suggest moving here. But if you can deal with bugs, cheap repairs, unprofessional management, and need a cheap place then it’s for you! Read More
