Best apartment complex in NOVA area!!!

I LOVE it here at Wyndham Pointe, I searched and visited over 50 apartment complexes, and this one topped them all!!

Free utilities (just only electricity which is like $90 a month) and free cable and internet is so nice!! The apartment itself is so clean, and doesn't smell like smoke at all. No issues with bugs or the appliances. The only thing that was messed up was after we moved in, suddenly now everyone has to take their trash to the dumpster which is kind of inconvenient... But that's a… small thing!

The staff Erica and Ashley are very welcoming and willing to help with anything. They host monthly events with free food and the pool is lovely!

The way the apartment is set up is ideal for a couple/roommates or even a small family. There is an easy commute to 95 and there are SO many good food options nearby. The thing that really sold me was that it was the best price for everything that I wanted. The neighborhood isnt noisy at all and it's mostly families that live here. I always feel safe and have nothing to say other than praise for Wyndham Pointe!

NO BUGS! EXCELLENT, QUIET, FAMILY FRIENDLY LOCATION!

I enjoy living here. the apartments are affordable, yet clean and welcoming. Its a family neighborhood and very well taken care of consistently. I would recommend anyone to live here. NO BUGS! lol, I hate bugs... so this is always a plus !!!

Great Location, great price!

There are so many great things about this apartment complex. To start off you really cannot beat the location. It is within walking distance to Route 1. There is an elementary, middle and high school within walking distance, which adds to the safety of the location. The rent includes free cable and internet, which is a big plus, as well as some amenities being covered. There is definitely a sense of community here as you can see the kids playing at the playground after school and during the… weekend. Its a great location with a great price.

Prime Location

I've lived in a few apartments over the years. The one point that always seems to be the most frustrating or overlooked is-- communication. My current apartment has a great staff that keeps us up to date on all matters. They give us updates on maintenance, rent reminders, they even have a newsletter. It makes it feel like a community and not just a building.

I moved in here about 3 months ago. Very good management. Surroundings are kept clean at all times. Apartment pool is kept clean, and life guard always ask for pool passes. The gym is my favourite very clean and organized.
Management organizes activities for kids and family during major holidays. I love this place called Wyndham Pointe Apartments. Will recommend to all.
