Would not Recommend

Don't Move here. Between the bad infestation, rude property manager and the harassment from security, it's not worth recommending this place. Finally gone after 9 years. We should have left sooner.

The mangerment and staff are absolutely amazing

I have lived at these apartments for awhile broadstone management and staff have been very helpful and the maintenance team is awesome I enjoy living here I am very thankful for the staff they take very good care of us and also the people that have kids they have drawings and they have events for the kids I really appreciate the management also the apartments are very nice and the location is awesome R.Saunders

Broadstone Apartments

Ever since we move in to our apartment, we have been satisfied. Whenever anything needs fixing, it is done in a timely fashion. It is peaceful. I will definitely recommend this Apartment Complex to someone that is looking for a place to stay.

only here temporarily kind of apartments

i just needed a place to stay so everything else wasn’t a shock. if you’re looking for a calm, quiet place then look somewhere else unless you’re okay with a trashed and smelly lawn bc people don’t pick up after themselves or their dogs, people doing drugs in the stairwells, sometimes pissing on the stairs, the “landlord special,”— definitely had cheap repairs to the walls, smoke seeping into your apartment and gets trapped in
side and keeps you smelling like a smokers upper lip bc people don’t… just smoke weed inside their apts. management doesn’t do anything bc they don’t live here so it’s not their problem and don’t care. the management is not dependable so don’t bother thinking they’ll help you no matter how many times you’ve asked. again, i’m only here until i don’t have to be and can afford what i want. not recommended unless you absolutely need a place to stay, it’s tolerable if you’re just trying to survive in the economy
