Cavalier Court

Apartment homes at Cavalier Court are well maintained with a friendly onsite staff! Apartment grounds are maintained clean, well lit at night with lots of open parking. There are storage units inside the buildings avail if need be and lots of closet space in the apartments. Ceramic tile and crown molding are an added touch for an apt that you don't find in most. In my particular unit, the shower pressure could be a bit stronger for my liking but it's certainly acceptable. Cooking is via electric… stove although I prefer gas but having a built in microwave, washer/dryer in the apt, and an automatic ice maker more then make up for it. The two bed/two bath also comes with a large balcony and the property is within a block or two of schools and shopping making this a great place to live. There's also an onsite fitness center included with rent. All in all, I give this place a 4 star rating short of 5 stars only because the living room dining room area is a little small although adequate and my king size bedroom set fits, but tightly in the master bedroom. To be fair, it is a large 5 piece set though so for that I will say 4-1/2 stars...

Great apartment!

I have live in cavalier court for two years, and i have found a great community, service and people.
the community is more than perfect. As a student I found it comfortable, calm and good place to study in. there are no traffic around the area or noises so that made me feel good and ready to study.
the service is wonderful and the complex manager is friendly with the residents. He gave us as a student a time to make our payment because he understand that we are not on work yet.
in the end the, i… have met a lot of wonderful people since i lived in cavalier court. the people are friendly, helpful and kind. they respect you and support you as a student to do well.

Spacious One Bedroom Apartment

The place has ample space with large a balcony. Great natural lighting and an enormous walk in closet in the Master Bedroom. Not a huge fan of the out dated appliances and cabinets. Water heater is a bit noisy and the carpet is dingy. Although it is not ideal, it's still home.

Excellent

The apartment is located in Jermantown near Comfort Inn, and has a good environment and convenient transport. Gold 1 and Gold 2 Cuebus stop is nearby.

The staff in lease office is very nice.
