The maintenance supervisor gave me a quick tour of the gym while I was waiting for my appointment, which was really nice of him. Everything was straightforward, and I think it’s easier to apply online. I made the appointment online and honestly didn’t think it was real, but after the first tour, don't know by luck I was like, “Take my check!”

The Ellipse At Fairfax Corner Apartments are located in a beautiful setting with many trees, close to shopping, walking, and transit. The exterior of the apartments was fairly recently painted and the grounds are typically kept mowed and clean. Maintenance has a quick response time. It’s a nice place to call home.

I love living here! It is safe, the staff is very responsive, the maintenance team does great work in a timely manner and Greystar keeps the property in great condition. It is a great location for shopping, groceries, walking or bicycling. I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed for a third year.
