Third day moved in, so far so good. I got a reserved parking space and come to pull up to it and it was encased in a mountain of snow that I had to spend 4 hours shoveling. I couldn’t even use it for the first two days of my lease. Other than that, parking situation in general isn’t the best but I imagine when it’s not inclement weather like this it’s fine. But again, other than that, love our place specifically it is beautifully renovated and haven’t had any issues so far with the unit.

A comfortable living space as a tenant for 10 years but very pricey, we have had a few issues as the companies managing things kept changing hands and our agreements changed. This has resulted in a moss of trust as previously minor issues became bigger ones

Amazing apartment community, quiet, clean, friendly neighbors, great maintenance team & cool management, one of the best ES in the area, Wegmans (best Grocery store) 2 mins walking..

Overall, it is a safe and quiet community. Did notice frequent times fire alarms going off middle of the night and they seem not figure out what the issue is.
