Mice was a huge problem and they’d call the exterminator which the only thing that happened was them laying out traps. The management basically patched some wood to plug the holes. But, the mice kept coming in we had to spend hundreds of dollars on special traps ourselves and still the mice would come in. Then, almost every month is some type of inspection. All the time you get memorandums for example one is that kids can’t play on the grass. So you’re paying for a mice infested apartment a lot... of money by the way and your kid can’t even play on the grass. Laundry is also in the bottom but it’s occupied and expensive which by the way we the tenants pay the water bill for. People are rude as well I had my car doored a lot I’d be parked already and someone would pull up and just door your car because THEY parked close to YOU. Currently I’ve been out of the apartment for over a month and I’m still paying them even though I’m pretty sure someone else already moved in. We cleaned like crazy the entire place and I’m just waiting for the final bill which I bet you they are going to take my deposit. Just from how they’ve operated so far I suspect I’ll even somehow owe money. I’m just happy to be out of it all. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. Read More

If you like live with a lot of mice and mouse in your home you can rent this place.

This community may seem nice but in reality after living here for a year I can tell you that they control everything you do. They do random inspections without warning, and when they do warn you they don't tell you the time that they are coming, which makes it super inconvenient when you are trying to work and carry on with your life. They made me take down my curtains, I can't even have an American flag showing anywhere from the outside of the apartment. The worst experience ever. I am SUPRISED how this manager (Joe) and assistants (Meryoret and Diana) are allowed to work here. They have no idea about costumer service concept. When I entered, I immediately felt NO welcome: they look bored, you have to walk after them to ask a question. Nobody sit with me to talk. I just left. They are waste of time. Even Meryorit and Diana REACTED to my questions. Joe was acting like the king of the world. I wanted to talk to her, she told by Diana that she has... couple interviews so I would come another day. Meanwhile she was free. I think owners of this business don't know about the fact that current management are actually causing the collapse of the business. Read More

Area is good. But leasing office stuff is awful. 3 ladies in the office don't know customer service and their duties. They are all rude and unprofessional.
