The maintenance staff are always quick to respond to a maintenance request
The front office is very helpful
The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage space
There is a gorgeous lake behind the complex with a beautiful trail to walk around the lake

I needed a quiet apartment near my work at George Mason, with reliable central air, in-unit laundry, and a solid floorplan for multiple workspaces and bookshelves. Windsor delivered all of that and has been my home for over six years now. I plan to continue making it so for the foreseeable future.

Windsor at Fairlakes is a nice, quiet community. I personally love the newly renovated gym. The community events they regularly have at the main office is a nice way to get the residents together to help foster that sense of community. All the neighbors in my building are nice, the staff is responsive and the maintenance team is quick & professional. There are no bugs in my unit, the water heater works perfectly, the weather sealing around the windows are solid. Windsor at Fairlakes is a great... community to live in.
