Churchill Apartments

Bed bugs, Roaches, rodents. Maintenance is very poor, and rarely is there parking beyond 8pm. Pool is not maintained well and the air conditioning goes out every other week during the summer. Drug activity in the parking lot at night, and a homeless hangout in the lobby and laundry room. They don't even deserve 1 star. Lived here over 5 years, so I know. Don't do it!

They have MICE, ROACHES, MOLD IN A/C UNITS, AND BED BUGS! Which is why we moved! The building is so old and needs to be tore down. Rent is cheaper than most places in the area plus utilities included but it's NOT worth it trust me! I have children and watched them get sick for years from mice and roach feces because I have a low income job but to see bed bugs crawling back from just dining on them in the middle of the night was enough...I couldn't take it anymore! They DIDN'T even give our... deposit back after we moved because they had to treat for bed bugs which they said was our responsibility ...WRONG! That's what we paid rent for, we lived there for 7 YEARS and not once did I see them come exterminate for roaches or mice let alone bed bugs. Read More

Staff is very polite. It has a nice pool, and lots of parking. Laundry room is small and a little expensive. Takes a while to get work orders completed. Need to update kitchens a bit. No dishwashers, but has garbage disposals. Garbage chute blocked most of the time, but they have a room to put trash in. Elevator repairs in progress, but they only have 2...so one elevator working for next 6 months.
