Crestview is a good place to live
The main reason I choose Crestview is because m I can't drive. There is a bus stop just down the street, a 5 minute walk. On one side it will take you to walmart, on the other side it will take you to the bus station.
One thing I wish would change is the time the mail comes. It comes around 5pm. Not too bad in summer when it stays light but a little harder when it is winter and dark.

Great Place to Live
I love it here! The layout of my three bedroom is really nice and it's very spacious. Maintenance is always on point and the office staff is great.

These apartments suck. We have mold all throughout the apartment and they tell me well the one before you never complained like it’s my fault. Mind you I’m a clean fanatic I love bleach and keep my place spotless. I had a expert come out to confirm what I already knew and all they can say is well we have our own people to test so they can see . Well let’s compare what your people say to the expert I got. How are you going to go off the word of a maintenance man who is not certified in that... field???? I hate this place and will go as far as I can legally to get something done. Or let me out of my lease. I would never recommend this place if you move here you better have the apartment t checked by an expert.

Thank you for your feedback, Felicia. Thank you for leasing at Crestview; we appreciate your residency. We discuss mold at every lease signing as it's become a major issue at communities across the country. We have created a mold addendum that is... given during lease signing that informs residents of their obligation to prevent mold. We have a very specific mold protocol that we follow to determine the source of moisture and take every step necessary to remedy the situation, including having a vendor that has been approved to perform work at our community perform any tests. We keep a log of every reported incident, pictures and what steps were taken to eradicate the problem. We made you aware of the negative test results concerning your apartment on 3/20/18. After speaking to you on 4/2/18 you expressed that you did not want to move and I assured you we would work with you to resolve any issues. I encourage you to contact me specifically to further discuss this matter so we can resolve any concerns you have. Please stop in or call us at 540-368-1303. Thank you again for the feedback.
