Needs improvement
I moved in my apartment June of last year. I was promised by Ernesto when I moved in that the hallway A/C would be fixed. It also is the A/C for the laundry room. My husband spent the first night in Mary Washington Hospital because of the heat when moving in. I was also promised a new stove . Ernesto even stated he had ordered it and it would be here in a week. Not only have I not seen a stove. A year later and the A/C in the hallway has not been fixed. Last year was one of the hottest summers... on record. I had to do laundry in 99° temp or higher in the laundry room. But yet starting July 1 my rent is increasing 7%. I was told by Carliegh the office manager that all that happened before she got here, and she's not responsible for what Ernesto said. And yet she signed the lease last June, so she was here and is also responsible. My husband and I had a meeting with her in April, still no stove, no A/C. They are liars and not a professional bone in their bodies. Mia is clueless.
