William Street Apartments

I am being straightforward and honest. Do not ever live in these apartments as they are ripping you off. One they advertise that they have AC, when no, they provide you with window units. Two there is no central heat, except for wall units which based on my calculations, put out less heat than a standard space heater. Three, you have to deal with neighbors that essentially have no limitations when the landlord doesnt care enough. Four, everything will break on you. The tub itself is peeling away... from the wall, the windows are not even properly sealed, as in i had to duct tape them to help keep some amount of heat in, the electrical outlets are actually coming out of the walls, and the room itself is built on a slope where i have to use books to even out my desk.
