The management team is professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the entire rental process—from application to move-in—was smooth and stress-free. The community is peaceful, secure, and kept in great condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking... for quality living and a supportive management team.

A DIRTY Mess

just disgusting dirty NASTY. Trash everywhere, police there everyday! Shooting and people dying in the apts. One dumpster that’s overflowing everyday! Management is under construction every month !!!!! They don’t fix anything !

Lies lies ALL LIES

Total fabrication...the apartments are falling apart.. management won't fix things..the grounds are usually littered with trash over flowing the big over filled trash dumpster is the first thing you see..

Nasty ... poorly managed..
The description of property is a total FABRICATION...

COME BY AND ASK A RESIDENT ??

Typical Bait and Switch

Don't be fooled by the listed prices and so-called 'availability'. They have listed attractive, affordable rental prices, but when you contact them and let them know that you're serious, they will tell you that the rental price is now $200-$300 more per month than the listed price. Of course, this is because they have just "remodeled and renovated' it. Which might be okay, but then when you ask to see it (even when it is vacant) they will tell you (quite suspiciously) that you may NOT even see... it, and by the way, they tell you that quite rudely. Beware. Don't be fooled, and do not be taken advantage of like that.

Unprofessional staff, unorganized, and unclean. If you want roaches as neighbors and roommates, then by all means, go ahead.
